Our second re-roofing on our current home. The first used "Hardy Shake" which was a faulty product and difficult to remove. Cal-Vintage Roofing did an outstanding and quick roof removal/replacement using Gerard Metal Roofing. The whole process was exceptionally professional, fast and of the highest quality. The Cal-Vintage staff and workers were top notch. This roofing project was surprisingly enjoyable as our home was transformed into a visual wonder. Marcus was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong with the roof and backed up his findings with lots of pictures. He also made an effort to squeeze me in to make the repairs sooner even with forecasted rain, which we really appreciated. Repair tech was very friendly.

Cal-Vintage repaired our roof in 2007 - couple of small leaks. My experience with the office and repair service was very good. They were able to explain clearly with pictures and define the extra work that needed to be done. A big storm a day later was proof of a job well done!

I was not home when the repair was completed but the service man spoke with my neighbor. My neighbor told me he was very nice and explained other needed repairs, and my neighbor was so impressed he said he wanted him to repair his roof if ever needed. When Jim came over and did the initial inspection and estimate he was also great! He explained everything to me, and showed me the pictures of the problem on my roof. Great job all around!

Every interaction I had was pleasant. I was kept in the loop regarding timelines, changes, etc. Martin was a great superintendent, as was office staff. I was surprised how much everyone cleaned up after themselves. I was expecting a giant mess, but they left my yard clean and my new roof looks amazing. I have peace of mind when it rains. Gutters also look spectacular.
