Brent Irick
Reroof Department Manager
Brent is the Director of Operations of the Re-Roof Department and is responsible for coordinating the various disciplines that interact on each reroof project such as the production crews, subcontractors and material suppliers. He brings to Cal-Vintage Roofing his vast knowledge of the roofing industry acquired over the last 30 years. His extensive, diverse and highly successful career has included: installation, estimation, crew/supervisor management and knowledge of all roofing products. Brent is proficient in managing large specialty roofing projects (apartments, HOA’s, condominiums). He is the administrator of the occupational health and safety program and injury and illness prevention program.
Brent applies his broad experience to find the best solution for each of his clients, and is always looking to find the option that best suits the requirements of the job.
Vannesa Garrett
Project Coordinator-Reroof Department
Vannesa was raised in Sacramento and has been in the construction industry for 23 years, with 15 of those years dedicated to the roofing industry. In 2011, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business. The knowledge she gained from school, and skills acquired through the years of working in the construction field, led her to a project coordination career. Her multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and providing the highest level of customer service make Vannesa a perfect fit for the Reroof Project Coordinator at Cal-Vintage Roofing. Prior to working for us she worked for some of the most prestigious contractors in Sacramento.
Martin Barajas
Field Superintendent
Martin started in the roofing industry over 30 years ago as an installer, then a crew leader. Now as Cal-Vintage Roofing’s Field Superintendent for the Reroof Department, he oversees the roofing crews during the entire installation process. Good communication is key to achieving customer satisfaction and Martin interacts and communicates with every client from the start of their project to the end. If you ever have questions, he will make sure he finds the answer! Martins thorough knowledge of roofing products/concepts guarantees the customer is getting the highest quality roof. His dedication to excellent customer service, safety, and teamwork is unsurpassed!
Carlos Hernandez
Field Superintendent
With 10 years of roofing experience, Carlos Hernandez serves as our Field Superintendent. His expertise, strong work ethic, and leadership ensure that each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Carlos takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and is committed to maintaining high standards on every job site.
Marcus DeVaney
Repair Department Manager / Sales Consultant
Marcus comes from a family with over 40 years of roofing experience in the Sacramento area. Most notably, his Brother is a representative of one of the largest roofing manufacturers in the nation. Over the years, we have built a strong business and personal relationship with his brother. He has provided excellent service and has a high moral philosophy. With this in mind, we knew Marcus would be a good fit and an asset to the Repair Department.
Kim Wade
Project Coordinator-Repair Department
Kim has over 20 years of office administration experience; over twelve of those years have been in the construction industry. She credits the foundation of her knowledge & experience as well as her love of the industry to her seven years spent in the Special Projects Division of one of the area’s largest general contractors. She gained experience in contract management, marketing and developing many of the divisions administrative processes. Eventually landing at Cal-Vintage Roofing, her multitasking skills & flexibility have proven valuable as she has taken on several accounting responsibilities along with her various administrative tasks.
Chris Smith
Information Technology Specialist
Chris, our Digital Transformation Specialist at Cal-Vintage Roofing, enhances our operations through innovative technology and process improvements. His skills in managing digital tools and strategies, help streamline workflows and elevate customer experiences. With a focus on adaptability and efficiency, Chris supports our team in delivering high-quality roofing services.
Michelle Felix
Controller
Michelle joined our team in 2016 as our new Controller. She brings 10 years of accounting and 15 years of administration service. She started her career as a customer service representative in the Bay Area which evolved into an Accounting Clerk. In 2008 while working, her love of accounting led her to obtaining a degree in Bachelors of Science in Business Accounting. Her career path led her, along with her family to Sacramento where she brought her expertise and knowledge as a Controller for a small business. Prior to working for us, she gained years of experience in the accounting and roofing industry while working for a local roofing company. Michelle is efficient diligent in all her work and a wonderful asset to us.
Nikolas Perry
Digital Technician
Nikolas is a third generation employee and is excited to be part of the family business. From a young age, he witnessed his strong family values and work ethic. He is eager to continue investing in Cal-Vintage’s long term growth and vitality. His current role in the business stems more on the innovational side than the traditional side. Nikolas produces the drawings, measurements and components needed for installing a reroof using computer aided software. This advanced technology accounts for every detail and provides our Sales Team and Production Department with consistent and accurate reports. This in turn means our clients receive thorough specifications, and pricing for their roofing projects.
Roof Installment Team
All of our roof installers are employees of Cal-Vintage Roofing. They are all certified by the major roofing manufacturers which gives them the expertise and experience needed to install the roof product of your choice.
